At 10:30 am on June 29, 2019, our company successfully held a new employee symposium in the conference room. General Manager Guo Junhui and Director of Human Resources and Administration Shi Wei attended the meeting, with new employees Zhang Yan, Wang Yuying, Li Yanran, Feng Tongtong, Liu Jinyang, Xing Mengmeng, Li Fan, Li Nannan, and Xie Qian present. The meeting was chaired by Zheng Yanan.

The purpose of this new employee symposium is to enhance employee friendship and deeply integrate into the company. It is mainly divided into self introduction, personal sharing, leadership response, and communication questions. All new employees actively shared their insights and experiences since joining the company, and expressed their aspirations and expectations for the future. Mr. Guo responded to the main questions raised by employees, pointing out the four key words of adaptation, integration, belonging, and achievement, and analyzing in detail the factors that young people choose to work today and the underlying reasons for their conscientious work.

At 12:30, the New Employee Symposium was successfully concluded, and I believe all the new employees have gained a lot.
