Tips for Registration and Extension (September 2020)

According to the pesticide management regulations and the pesticide registration management regulations, the holders of registration certificates need to continue to produce pesticides or export pesticides to China when the registration period of the pesticide registration expires. They should apply for extension 90 days before the expiration date. If the application for extension is not made within the time limit, it shall apply for registration again.

Please check the validity period of the registration certificate carefully. If the registration certificate is near the expiration and meets the relevant provisions of the current registration management, please pay attention to reasonable arrangement of the application for registration extension. In order to further strengthen the service of pesticide management, the company has now prompted some information about pesticide registration certificate which is 4 months from the expiry of the validity period (see attached table).
