1. Organized and arranged various meetings, wrote and sorted out meeting minutes;
2. Responsible for the processing and archiving of chairman's documents;
3. Keep seal, letter of introduction and expense book, etc.;
4. Handled emails, faxes and other information related to the chairman, and timely summarized them;
5. Arranged various business reception activities;
6. Responsible for all kinds of schedule arrangements of the chairman;
7. Assisted the chairman in dealing with various internal affairs and supervised and followed up;
8. Assisted the chairman to complete external liaison matters, followed up the progress of various affairs and summarized them.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, first level college is preferred, (the recruitment standard can be relaxed for excellent personal conditions);
2. No limitation on working experience;
3. Have good writing organization ability, communication ability and team spirit, be
enthusiastic about work and obey the work arrangement of leaders;
4. Proficient in all kinds of office software;
5. the requirements of dignified temperament, elegant manners and conversation, under the age of 30;
6. Quality requirements: diligent, practical, with a strong sense of responsibility and learning ability.
