Job responsibilities:

 

1. Responsible for the formulation of the group's human resources management rules and regulations, and supervise the implementation.

 

2. Responsible for organizing the revision of the system of the group and its affiliated companies.

 

3. And establish and supervise the salary and welfare system of the company.

 

4. Be responsible for the recruitment, assessment, transfer and resignation of the management personnel above the Department Manager level of the group and its affiliated companies.

 

5. Responsible for the inspection, selection, filing and training of reserve management personnel of the group.

 

6. Responsible for establishing group structure, training mechanism and promotion mechanism.

 

7. Participate in the organization and implementation of large-scale meetings such as group annual meeting and half year meeting.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Bachelor degree or above, over 30 years old.

 

2. Have a systematic understanding and practical experience of human resource management mode of group and enterprise, and have a deeper understanding of each module of human resource management.

 

3. With modern human resource management concept and solid theoretical basis.

 

4. At least 3 years working experience as HR Director of large enterprise or group
